About Natural Harmonie

I have created the Natural Harmonie website to help women such as you with their hormone health, to help you deal with stress and help you create more balance and harmony in your life for better wellbeing.

Hormonal imbalances and too much stress are issues than can be related to each other and affect a large proportion of women in our society.

This is because stress can lead to hormone imbalances and hormonal imbalances can add to the many daily stresses that a woman has to deal with.

From my own experience, this is a multidimensional issue. The body, mind, and spirit all play a role in creating and dealing with these problems.

Unfortunately, many experts and practitioners approach these issues from the one-dimensional perspective of their area of expertise while ignoring the other parts, so they miss dealing with the whole picture.

When I was experiencing my own hormonal health challenges, I eventually discovered that it was not sufficient to tackle only one of these areas because all three aspects of the human being are intimately interrelated and involved.

I went through a lot of pain and suffering for many years and it took a lot of research, reading, consulting health professionals and so on to find the solutions to my own health challenges.

So, this is a holistic site where I will provide you with shortcuts that, hopefully, will help you to the avoid the protracted and sometimes painful journey that I went on, and to learn the lessons, tips, and strategies that I discovered.

As I build up this site, you will find all of these – and other resources to help you with your health holistically, including the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energy body aspects.

I am passionate about natural health and energy therapies and love learning and sharing more about these topics.

I look forward to you joining me on your journey to better health, and a sense of well-being and vitality.

Healthy Body

Your first step towards improving the health of your body can involve making important lifestyle changes. They could include things that most people are aware of, such as eating healthy food, getting the right nutrition, regular exercise, adequate sleep, adequate sunlight, spending time in nature and creating a healthy environment for you to you live in.

While you may not have considered it, the things that you put on your body can also make a big difference to your physical health, either in a positive or negative way. You may not be aware that everyday products that you use daily and put on your skin or use in your home, can contain many toxins that can affect you and make a huge difference to your health, including your hormonal health. By educating yourself on how to make more conscious choices, on a daily basis, and to live a “low-tox” life as far as possible, you can make a huge difference to your health, your family’s health and also the health of our environment.

Healthy Mind

There is an intimate connection between our thoughts, our emotions and our bodies. If we are doing everything on a physical level to heal ourselves but still fine that we are not getting the results that we want, it’s time to look deeper within ourselves. There could well be emotional issues that if healed, will then allow our physical body to heal more completely.

To become a truly healthy and well being, it can be just as important to heal negative emotions and negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions as it is to heal your physical body. The more you learn about the body-mind connection, the more you will understand the significance of this.

By learning how to heal these negative thoughts, emotions and beliefs you will also improve your hormonal health and develop better ways of dealing with the stresses that you face every day.

Healthy Spirit

Spiritual health can help to create a sense of peace and serenity, which will reduce stress and create balance in your life for a better sense of well-being. Of course, the things that bring you spiritual health will be very personal and unique to you.

Finding inner peace and balance within and strengthening your connection to the universe or whatever greater power that forms part of what your spiritual beliefs are can form an important part of your healing.

Just as we have a physical body, we also have an energy body that surrounds our physical body. Our energy bodies need to be in alignment for our optimal health and well-being. Having a healthy energy body is part of our spiritual well-being and is also an important contribution towards having a healthy physical body and overall holistic health.
